All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital ebooks or other digital products purchased through HDMPress.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, format, and other available information before completing a purchase.
Please make sure that the product you are purchasing is suitable for your needs before placing your order.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any resolution, including a possible replacement or refund, is entirely at the discretion of HDMPress.
Failed or Missing Digital Delivery

- The purchase is made directly with Amazon or the relevant seller.
- HDMPress is the seller of that Amazon order if seller name clearly shows HDMPress through the link you followed.
- The order is subject to Amazon’s applicable terms and policies.
- Shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, and refund matters are handled by Amazon.
If you purchase a physical book through Amazon, you must contact Amazon regarding any return or refund request.
