Warehouse Operative/Order Picker – Lates
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Order Pickers with TRC Group! We're looking for individuals to join our client based in the Goldthorpe, S63 area. Our client is a market leader in the supermarket industry and is rapidly expanding, making this a perfect time to join their team.
As an Order Picker, you'll play an integral role in the success of our client's operation. You'll be responsible for picking and preparing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Your attention to detail and speed will be critical to maintaining our client's high standards and meeting customer expectations.

**Due to shift times, candidates must live local to Goldthorpe or have their own means of transport**
Pay Rate: £11.48 Per Hour standard, £13.78 between the hours of 10pm-4am (rising to £15.82 after 12 weeks) + on-site parking + Free fruit on site
Job Type:Â Temp to perm
Full Time Hours: Monthly rota working any 5 out of 7 – 18:00 – finish (shifts can be from 7-9 hours long)
The Role:
- Ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy and ensure all spillages/breakages are cleared immediately.
- Achieving daily pick rates/KPI’s
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Make sure products are secured, marked up correctly, and in the correct area for dispatch.
- Can be physically demanding, lifting up to 15kg
- Voice picking using a headset.
- Driving/operating a LLOP (low level order picker)
- Full coaching and training is provided alongside and throughout of a 12 week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee
The Candidate:
- No previous experience needed as full training will be provided.
- Must live locally or have own means of transport due to shift times
- Good attitude towards work
