As a Construction Project Manager with Drywall Wizards Ontario Inc., you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will encompass the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to overseeing construction activities and managing teams. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality standards.

Tasks
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
- Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities
- Plan and manage budgets
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
- Oversee the analysis of data and information
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Prepare reports
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- Cure freshly plastered surfaces
