Your role

Farm Management 

As a Broiler Farm Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the farm's operations, from husbandry to commercial and financial management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all stock produced meets the highest possible standards, including weight, quality, health, safety, and welfare. This will involve working within physical and financial budgets while managing and developing a team of people to achieve optimal results.

Your role will be vital in maintaining the farm's productivity, profitability, and sustainability, and you will be expected to have a strong understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of broiler farming. You will also need to be an effective communicator, able to liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders, as well as manage relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Academy Management – The main objective is to facilitate the growth of the Lincolnshire Broiler division by supporting the professional development of both new and existing employees. This includes providing assistance to Assistant Farm Managers in advancing their careers within the division, as well as coordinating workshops focused on health and safety and training.
