As a Picker & Packer, your main responsibility will be to accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders, and then pack them securely for shipment. You will need to work quickly and efficiently, while also ensuring that all orders are picked accurately and to the required standard. You may also be required to carry out other tasks, such as stock replenishment and inventory checks, as directed by your supervisor.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some previous experience in a warehouse environment, although training will be provided. You will need to have a good level of physical fitness, as the role may involve standing for long periods and lifting heavy items. You will also need to be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
