Could you assist in evaluating a new initiative aimed at reducing health literacy barriers to services and addressing health inequalities? Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) has appointed a Health Literacy Officer, and researchers at the University of Sheffield's School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) are collaborating with DCHS to assess this initiative. We are seeking a Research Associate with experience in mixed methods research and an interest in reducing healthcare inequalities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a health-related field such as public health, research methods, or equivalent experience. They should have experience in designing and conducting surveys, as well as analyzing qualitative interviews.
