XIAOMI Redmi 2 Pro smartphone is the successor of the Xiaomi Redmi 2, although they both features a slightly similar design but there's addition of more specifications and some are upgraded. The new Xiaomi Redmi 2 Pro is an Android smartphone with a 4.7 inch HD display (720×1280 pixels). There is an introduction of the 4G LTE network with a dual sim slot as usual. With a quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM which makes multi-tasking easier and faster with Redmi 2 Pro.
Design, Display & Dimension
The Redmi 2 pro features a stunning design As already said earlier, the device has a High Definition 4.7 inch display which is about 1280 x 720 pixels, the 312 ppi display delievers superfine text and crisp photos. In-plane switching (IPS) technology is added to deliver stunning colour from almost any viewing angle. The dimension, 134 x 67.21 x 9.2 mm of the Xiaomi shows that the device is slimmer and 134g lighter in weight. This proves that the device can be handled easily and would be easier to move from one place to another.
Redmi's Corning Gorilla Glass 2 screen is scratch resistant, impact-tested, and extremely responsive. It's available in five different colours, which includes; White, Black, Pink, Yellow and Light Green so you have to decide you choice of colour.
Hardware & Storage

The rear camera has the autofocus feature for delivering a sharp images, there's also addition of a LED flash for taking pictures in darkness. There's also inclusion of a 2MP front facing camera found at the left hand side. The front camera is good in taking sharp and clear selfies. Both cameras are good in video recording (1080p@30fps). Other features of the cameras includes; 28mm wide angle, 1.4 µm pixel size, geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection, HDR, ApertureA ƒ/2.2 aperture, Zero shutter lag, face recognition, high dynamic range (HDR) and real-time filters.
Battery
Redmi 2 Pro is gifted with a 2200mAh lithium-ion battery which can be used in a standard time of about 2 to 3 days. Although I expected something higher than this but the 2200mAh is still not bad. You can enjoy the battery for upto 8-10 hours while using with WiFi and screen on.
