Talking about the Smartphone design, Galaxy Z Flip 3 is built to last. All thanks to a new film, the screen on the Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Flip 5G is now 80% more durable than the one on the Galaxy Z Flip. The 1.9-inch display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, while the phone's frame is made from Samsung's Armor Aluminum alloy. So much for scratch protection, especially on the LCD cover.
In addition, the Flip 3 is IPX8 water-resistant. Since the device is waterproof, you don't have to worry about submerging it. During our hands-on time with the phone, we were unable to test the phone's water resistance. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 design has undergone the most significant changes thanks to the addition of a cover display. In other words, you can now see four times as much information as you could on the 1.1-inch Galaxy Z Flip.
Talking about the Smartphone display, The Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display when it is unfolded. Together with the 120Hz refresh rate, the 2640 x 1080 resolution made for an absolutely stunning viewing experience. With the Flip 3, scrolling was silky smooth, showcasing Samsung's genuine display prowess.
You can manage your music, check the weather, and even take pictures when it's closed, thanks to the 1.9-inch touchscreen. As a viewfinder, the touchscreen can be used. Launch the camera by pressing the power button twice, and you're good to go. Because of this, the Flip 3 is more useable while it's closed compared to its predecessor's tiny exterior display (and thus saving battery life, theoretically).
Talking about the Smartphone hardware, The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a monster with a Snapdragon 888 and 8GB of RAM. The Flip 3 performs similarly to any other Snapdragon 888-powered gadget. When it comes to the cameras, they haven't altered much from the original Flip device. It now has a 12MP (f/1.8) wide-angle and a 12MP (f/2.2) ultrawide-angle camera. The 10MP front-facing camera has an aperture of f/2.4. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 still lacks a telephoto lens.
