The phone was designed with premium hardware without compromising the style. The teams worked consecutively to come with the style that differentiates it from any other devices in an instance. The main mission of Pixel is to become your companion. It’s not just a device; it is your friend that does not allow you to stay lonely. Google followed a strict line to make Pixel reliable and trustworthy to its users. They wanted their user to feel at ease with Pixel. With an Android version of 7.1 Nougat, Pixel is a friend that is ready to assist you. It is your personal Google, it helps you make the decision and organize for you. With Pixel, all the interactions, all the communication are just a finger touch away. It has just the right amount of angled curves in the right amount of corners, making it more appealing to the eye. The curve looks of the device make it less intimidating.

A textured power button is a unique tool that staples the device even further. After long researches, the team has finally settled on a pattern that could be used for Pixel’s power button. It helps you to turn on your phone easily in the dark. And with just one click, you don’t feel lonely anymore. With an unlimited online storage, Google allows you to have the lifetime of memories in your pocket.

The HD quality camera with 12.3 megapixels in the rear and 8 megapixels on the front gives you the best quality photographs. The Pixel is a soft-toned blue that appeals to its users; it also comes in dreamy silver and a much sturdy black. Beneath the glass of silver and blue, a thin film,  glass reflects a soft yellow tint. It is known as the Dichroic effect which gives a holographic result as seen on the bubbles. The team's decision to put a soft yellow hue on the blue and silver had been just the right decision, As it makes your device stands out. The only reason it was left out of black as it didn’t go well with it, in comparison the black is much greener than the smooth satin feel of the blue and silver.
After its first launch in San Francisco, Google was very nervous about the public’s review. But as it turned out that all the frets about putting a textured power button to a light tinted yellow film at the back, everything proved to be aesthetic for them. People loved the idea of ‘out-of-the-blue’ phone in the land of all-black phones. But mostly it is reviewed as the user-friendly device that makes your daily chores half hectic. Pixel served its purpose to be a friend to its user rather than a machine.
